Pullin' hard in Rumney, New Hampshire on the classic "Zig-Zag Crack." I had a fantastic day with my close friend Emily. Can't wait to hit the schist again...

Looking at this photo, I can't help but think of the quotation; "Not all who wander are lost." Two of my best friends and my seven year old dog returning to the vehicle after an afternoon spent hunting upland game birds along logging roads in northern Maine. Quaking aspen, speckled alder, red osher and patches of native grasses and ferns.....

Quintessential Maine....
A bull moose and fall foliage, with a few evergreens thrown in. When approached, this young male headed up the hillside behind him. Apparently, he had no interest in introducing himself or making any friends. To each his own...

Early morning light over Big Wood Lake in Jackman, Maine.... just before catching a brook trout in fall spawning color.

During the month of October, there is no better place to be than northern New England.

The "Fox-hat Guild" is alive and well... and somewhat confused by cigars. Lovin' life in northern Maine! Hit the ground when "Double-tap" is near, and just get the hell out of town when a rabbit runs by "Jacob"!

It's that time of year again...
get out your wool sweaters, drink some apple cider, carve a pumpkin, and drive around town with a dead bear in the back of your truck! What the F?!

Ever feel like everything you're doing with your life is completely destructive and self-damaging? Every decision you make.... every interaction with those around you...? I've been feeling like that a lot lately.
